 1.  Order Processing Time

 Usually shipping takes between 7-15 business days. However, in certain cases, please allow 1-4 weeks for the items to arrive from dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email at at Support@gshopper.com or send us a message and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

The vast majority of products on our website offer free shipping. If additional shipping fees are required, they will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Track your order in real-time via our Order Status page.

  • Remote Areas:
    Deliveries to remote regions (e.g., rural areas, islands) may require additional time and are excluded from the estimated delivery timelines above.
